Dongfeng PH reveals the 2026 Vigo all-electric B-SUV
Dongfeng Philippines wants a slice of the electric B-SUV market, and they just revealed their contender. Say hello to the 2026 Dongfeng Vigo, and it's brimming with character and lots of features.

Beginning with its design, the Vigo has a boxy yet futuristic exterior that's highlighted by its unique lighting signature. Both the front and rear lights come with an L-shaped design, which gives the Vigo a dynamic and sporty look. They are then complemented by a boxy-like design, gloss black 18-inch alloy wheels, and black body cladding, which highlight the Vigo's SUV-inspired aesthetics.
Size-wise, the Dongfeng Vigo measures 4306mm long, 1868mm wide, and 1654mm tall on a 2715mm wheelbase. The Vigo also comes with 190mm of ground clearance to ensure the vehicle can easily go over rough terrain with ease.

At the heart of the Dongfeng Vigo is a 51.87 kWh lithium-ion phosphate battery pack, which sends power to a single electric motor. On a full charge, Dongfeng says the Vigo can cover up to 471 km, based on the CLTC cycle. Meanwhile, the electric motor is rated to produce 120 kW or 163 PS and 230 Nm of torque.

Recharging the Vigo can be done in two ways: a 6.6 kW AC port and a faster 167 kW DC charging port. Charging with the former can fully replenish the Vigo's battery from 0% in around 7 hours, while the latter can recharge the vehicle from 30% to 80% in just 18 minutes. The Vigo also comes with a vehicle-to-load (V2L) function to help power up external devices.

Inside, the Dongfeng Vigo features a minimalist interior that sees most of the in-car features being managed through the 12.8-inch touchscreen infotainment display. It supports Apple CarPlay connectivity and has USB-C ports for the front and rear passengers. In front of the driver is an 8.88-inch digital instrument cluster that shows important vehicle parameters.

Other available amenities inside the vehicle include a 50W wireless charging pad, ambient lighting, an electronic column shifter, power-adjustable front seats, 60:40 split-folding rear seats, automatic climate control with PM2.5 cabin air filter & rear vents, leather upholstery, a six-speaker sound system, selectable drive modes (Comfort, Eco, Sport), keyless entry & start, and a host of airbags (front, side, side curtain).

For extra peace of mind, the Dongfeng Vigo is equipped with a suite of advanced driver assist systems (ADAS). These include forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control with stop & go function, traffic sign recognition, lane departure warning, lane-keeping assist, lane-centering assist, and intelligent high-beam control.

Available colors for the Dongfeng Vigo are: Arctic White, Cyber Black, Canyon Orange, Mosswood Green, Sandstone Yellow, and Titanium Silver.

The 2026 Dongfeng Vigo is yours for a special introductory price of PHP 1.458M and is covered by a 5-year or 150,000 km vehicle warranty, as well as an 8-year or 170,000 km battery warranty.
