Mitsubishi upgrades XForce for 2026; starts at PHP 1.049M
2026 Mitsubishi XForce revealed with subtle but important upgrades
After revealing the new entry-level XForce GLX at the 10th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS), Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) has officially revealed the 2026 XForce.
Sporting key upgrades across the lineup, the 2026 XForce gets additional creature comforts and amenities for better peace of mind.

Starting with the GLX variant, this version now serves as the base model but still comes with plenty of features to play with. Starting with the exterior, the GLX comes with smaller 17-inch alloys compared to the 18-inch wheels found in the GLS and GT models. However, it keeps the signature LED headlights, daytime running lights, and taillights from the higher-grade models.

Hop inside, and the GLX retains some of the core features of the GLS and GT XForce models. These include a reverse camera, rear parking sensors, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, USB-C and USB Type A charging ports for the front & rear passengers, rear AC vents, the 40:20:40 split rear seats, and the push-start button.
To deliver better value for money, the XForce GLX comes with fabric seats instead of leather, analog gauges instead of a digital instrument panel, a six-speaker sound system (no Yamaha sound system), and a 12V power socket instead of a wireless charging pad.

As for the GLS variant of the 2026 XForce now comes with additional amenities, such as Heat Guard on the leather seats to help maintain cabin comfort under warm or hot conditions. The GLS model now also comes with cruise control for a more relaxing drive on long journeys, as well as a multi-around monitor, which provides improved outside visibility when maneuvering in tight spaces.

Last but not least, the 2026 XForce also received revised suspension tuning to give the crossover SUV better riding comfort.

Under the hood, the 1.5L 4A91 MIVEC four-cylinder engine has been carried over and continues to make 105 PS with 141 Nm of torque. Power is then sent to the front wheels via a CVT.

“The XFORCE has been well-received by Filipino customers for its eye-catching design and elevated comfort. With the introduction of the new GLX variant and updating the other variants, we are enhancing the lineup to give more customers the opportunity to experience the XFORCE and find the variant that best fits their lifestyle and needs,” said MMPC president & CEO Ritsu Imaeda.

Available colors and pricing of the 2026 Mitsubishi XForce are as follows. However, the GLX is available at a special introductory price of PHP 1.049M until July 31, 2026.
