Denza Z9 GT to have a price tag of over PHP 5 million?
Check out the Denza Z9 GT at the BGC Amphitheater until October 11
After giving us a glimpse of the Z9 GT earlier this year, Denza Philippines is officially giving the public a special preview of its mighty electric shooting brake.

Those who visit the BYD Denza Super Experience Week at the BGC Amphitheater until October 11 can get an up-close look at the Z9 GT. It’s set to be launched in the Philippines in Q1 2027, which means we can expect Denza Philippines to officially launch the electric hypercar sometime in January, February, or March of next year.

In fact, those who want to reserve early are in luck, as Denza Philippines is now accepting reservations. But just how much will the Z9 GT sell for? Well, according to rumors going around, the automaker reportedly plans to give the Denza Z9 GT a sticker price of over PHP 5 million. If this price is true, the Z9 GT could be in the same price segment as the Denza B8 flagship plug-in hybrid SUV, which tops out at PHP 5.398 million.

As far as specifications are concerned, the Denza Z9 GT for the Philippine market will most likely come with three electric motors: two independent motors on the rear axle and one motor that drives the front axle. Combined, the Z9 GT delivers a total system output of 1,156 PS and 1,210 Nm of torque. Power is then sent to all four wheels via an AWD system.

Based on the DOE’s latest listing, the PH-spec Z9 GT will likely get a 122.49 kWh battery pack. This means on a full charge, the Denza Z9 GT could have a range of up to 701 km, based on the NEDC standard. When it comes to sheer acceleration, the electric shooting brake can go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 240 km/h. Last but not least, the Z9 GT supports BYD’s Flash Charging tech, which is set to arrive in the Philippines in 2027.
With Denza now accepting reservations for the Z9 GT ahead of its target launch in Q1 2027, expect more details to be revealed closer to launch, starting next year.
