After being previewed at the 10th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) earlier this year, Nissan Philippines Inc. (NPI) has officially revealed the refreshed Kicks e-Power. Not only did that hybrid B-SUV receive a fresh new look, but Nissan also gave the updated Kicks e-Power plenty of new features and more creature comforts.

Starting with the exterior, the Kicks e-Power features a more stylish exterior, with the front fascia sporting a new set of LED daytime running lights and new LED headlights. It also gets new lower air intakes with a gloss black finish and a more prominent front bumper. On high-grade models, the Kicks e-Power is available with a two-tone black roof finish, which serves as a nice contrast against the wide array of colors available.

Other exterior changes include a new rear bumper with larger reflectors, a more striking tailgate with new “KICKS lettering, redesigned LED taillights, and two-tone 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 205/55 series tires. Size-wise, the updated Kicks e-Power measures 4300mm long, 1760mm wide, and 1615mm tall on a 2620mm wheelbase. It also has up to 180mm of ground clearance.

Inside, Nissan was also busy giving the refreshed Kicks e-Power a comfier and more high-tech cabin. There's a new digital instrument cluster along with an updated flat-bottom steering wheel that's available with leather upholstery on higher-grade models. Speaking of leather, the top-of-the-line variants come with a Moonstone Leather finish and come with a blue & white two-tone color that's complemented by black accents throughout the interior. Moreover, it has Zero Gravity Seats with anti-heat technology and a power-adjustable driver's seat.

Also new inside the 2026 Kicks e-Power is a 12.3-inch touchscreen media display that supports wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay. Despite getting a new design, the touchscreen infotainment system still comes with physical controls for volume, skipping tracks, display modes, and the camera system.

Other available features include USB charging ports, automatic climate control, an around-view monitor system, the intelligent rearview mirror with selectable viewing modes, front & rear center armrests, a wireless charging pad, a 12V power socket, and multiple drive modes (Eco, Normal & Sport).

For the first time, the Kicks e-Power is now available with Nissan Connect Services that can remotely control certain functions and monitor certain systems via a smartphone app. These include remote engine start, My Car Finder, monitoring vehicle health, and SOS emergency support.

For better peace of mind while on the road, the updated Kicks e-Power gets an upgraded lineup of Nissan Intelligent Mobility advanced driver assist systems (ADAS). These include forward collision warning with autonomous emergency braking for the front & rear, lane departure warning with lane departure prevention, blind-spot warning with blind-spot intervention, rear-cross traffic alert, and lead car departure notification.

Also available is ProPilot, which is Nissan's take on adaptive cruise control with lane-centering. The system can automatically slow down when other vehicles enter your lane, and it also includes autonomous stop & go, Nissan's version of traffic jam assist. Combined with lane-centering control, Nissan PH says the ProPilot feature ensures smoother and more stable driving, as well as reduced fatigue and stress while driving long distances.

At the heart of the 2026 Kicks e-Power is the carried-over 1.2L three-cylinder generator and a single electric motor that's powered by a 2.10 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. The motor puts out 136 PS with 280 Nm of torque, while the engine mostly recharges the battery pack and assists the electric motor during spirited driving.

Every purchase of the 2026 Kicks e-Power includes an 8-year warranty on the lithium-ion battery, 1 year of Nissan Protect+, and 3 years of free Nissan Connect Services.

Pricing of the Kicks e-Power is as follows:

Kicks e-Power VE – PHP 1.499M

Kicks e- Power VL – PHP 1.649M

Kicks e-Power LE Plus – PHP 1.749M
