Sinotruk introduces S-EV logo as commitment to green commercial transportation
Sinotruk has reinforced its commitment to expanding its global new energy commercial vehicle business after hosting its 2026 New Energy Partners Conference in Hanoi, Vietnam.
With the theme "We Leap, We Link, We Lead," the event brought together 906 partners from 39 countries and regions to discuss the company's electrification strategy and future growth plans.

During the conference, Sinotruk announced its first-half 2026 financial and sales performance, reporting operating revenue of USD11 billion, up 42 percent year-on-year, while total vehicle sales reached 272,000 units, an increase of 27.6 percent. Heavy-duty truck sales climbed 40.3 percent to 196,000 units, allowing the company to maintain its position as the world's largest heavy-duty truck manufacturer. In China, Sinotruk also ranked first in the new energy heavy duty truck segment after selling 25,000 units during the period.

Vietnam's Deputy Minister of Construction Le Anh Tuan welcomed Sinotruk's continued investment in the country, saying the government's push toward greener transportation creates opportunities for new energy vehicles, intelligent transport solutions, and related services. He added that future products should meet Vietnam's standards and operating conditions, while assuring continued government support for technology adoption and investment.

Sinotruk president Liu Wei outlined the company's roadmap for supporting its international partners through tailored product development, integrated microgrid charging solutions, digital fleet management platforms, and comprehensive after-sales services.
During the event, the company also introduced its new S-EV logo, which represents its vision for sustainable commercial transportation built around sustainability, intelligent solutions, and shared value. Sinotruk said its new energy vehicle portfolio is now available in more than 50 countries, serving industries ranging from logistics and mining to ports and infrastructure.

The conference also highlighted Sinotruk's integrated new energy ecosystem, focusing on overseas market requirements such as charging infrastructure, product reliability, intelligent vehicle technologies, and after-sales support. The company said these initiatives are designed to improve profitability for its partners while accelerating the adoption of new energy commercial vehicles in international markets.
Complementing the presentations were product exhibitions, featuring 26 new energy vehicles across six commercial transport scenarios, including resource hauling, urban construction, long-haul logistics, port operations, city deliveries, and passenger and commercial applications. The display included battery electric, range-extended, and hydrogen fuel cell models ranging from tractors and dump trucks to light-duty trucks and pickups, alongside charging solutions, components, and lifecycle service offerings that showcase Sinotruk's expanding electrified commercial vehicle ecosystem.
