Checking MMDA NCAP violations is now easier with the eGovPH Super App
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has officially integrated its No-Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP) Online Violation and Payment System into the eGovPH Super App, giving motorists another way to view and manage their traffic violations from their smartphones.
With the integration, users can check if they have been flagged under the NCAP, view details of their violations, monitor payment status, and access related services without having to visit the MMDA office.

MMDA Chairman, Atty. Don Artes said the agency’s MayHuliKa portal has already logged more than 15 million visits, with motorists checking over 11 million traffic violations. The website has also attracted more than 2.7 million unique users, a sign that more Filipinos are turning to digital government services for convenience.
The move also expands the services available on the eGovPH Super App, which, according to DICT Undersecretary for eGovernment, David Almirol Jr., has already surpassed 60 million downloads, 55 million verified users, and 955 million completed transactions.
Almirol said the integration was completed after six months of development by the technical teams of the DICT and MMDA.
The NCAP system uses CCTVs installed along major roads to detect traffic violations without the need for on-site enforcers. Violations are recorded electronically and can now be viewed directly through the eGovPH Super App alongside other government services, further streamlining the process for motorists.
