V12 Fury: Track-Focused 2027 Aston Martin Vanquish S Spied Testing
Aston Martin tests 850-plus HP Vanquish S at the Nürburgring with wild eight-pipe exhaust setup
Aston Martin is currently developing an even sharper, more aggressive variant of its flagship front-engine super-GT. Caught undergoing high-speed testing at the Nürburgring Nordschleife, early prototypes of the upcoming 2027 Aston Martin Vanquish S confirm that Gaydon is pushing the limits of pure internal combustion performance.
Rejecting electrification entirely, the Vanquish S stays true to its mechanical roots. Underneath its long, vented bonnet sits a revised version of the brand's signature 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12 engine. While the standard Vanquish already produces a staggering 835 horsepower, engineers are rumored to be working to boost output for the 'S' badge to well north of 850 horsepower.

Visual and aerodynamic updates captured on the prototype signal a sharp turn toward track duty. Up front, the Vanquish S wears a significantly deeper front splitter to manage high-speed front-axle lift. Out back, an updated rear diffuser works alongside a re-profiled trunk lid spoiler to generate increased downforce.

The prototype’s most intriguing detail is its wild rear tailpipe configuration. Early test mules feature up to eight exhaust outlets—combining lower bumper pipes, standard diffuser-mounted quads, and additional mesh-covered tips near the trunk lid—hinting at specialized development hardware for engine breathing and acoustic tuning.

To handle the additional power, the Vanquish S is expected to feature a stiffer, track-focused suspension overhaul, lightweight forged alloy wheels, and carbon-ceramic brakes.
Slated for an official global reveal in late 2026 or early 2027, the Vanquish S is expected to command a price tag well above GBP420,000 (PHP36,000,000). When it arrives, the hard-charging V12 flagship will line up as a direct rival to the Ferrari 12Cilindri.
