Nissan Navara Pro PHEV, Primera EV to arrive at PH dealers Nov 2026
Nissan PH president confirms Navara Pro PHEV and Primera EV
Yesterday, Nissan Philippines Inc. (NPI) confirmed that the Navara Pro PHEV and the Primera EV will be launched before the end of 2026. With that, the Navara Pro PHEV is set to take on the likes of the BYD Shark 6, while the Primera EV could serve as a contender to face off against the BYD Seal EV.
But when can customers expect the new Nissan vehicles to be available at dealerships? Well, according to Nissan Philippines Inc. president Yoshinori Kanazawa, both the Navara Pro PHEV and the Primera EV will arrive at Nissan dealerships nationwide on November 6, 2026.

According to Kanazawa, the Navara Pro PHEV and Primera EV will serve as Nissan's latest offerings that will cater to customers who want an electrified vehicle that will suit their various needs. The Navara Pro PHEV is set to attract buyers who want a capable pickup that can go off the beaten path and cover certain distances without using a drop of fuel. Meanwhile, the Primera EV will be Nissan's flagship EV sedan that will come with luxurious appointments.
Official specifications have yet to be revealed by the automaker, but we won't be surprised if it will be similar to what the DOE and the LTO have already listed earlier this year. That means the Navara Pro PHEV could be available in two variants (VL and LE) and can travel up to 65 km on battery power alone. On the other hand, the Primera EV could generate up to 218 PS and may have a range of up to 500 km.

Design-wise, both the Navara Pro PHEV and Primera EV will look similar to the vehicles that were previewed at this year's Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS). The Navara Pro PHEV pays homage to the Nissan D21 hardbody pickup, particularly with its front fascia. On the other hand, the Primera EV features a sleek and aerodynamic design that emphasizes the illusion of movement while standing still, as well as an ultra-low drag coefficient of 0.208 Cd that maximizes the EV's range.

With both vehicles set to arrive at Nissan dealerships two months from now, we won't be surprised if customers have already expressed interest in the Navara Pro PHEV and the Primera EV.
