MIAS 2026: Jetour G700 flagship PHEV revealed for PHP 4.488M
Jetour Auto PH wows MIAS 2026 with G700 flagship plug-in hybrid
After being spied last week, Jetour Auto Philippines Inc. (JAPI) has officially revealed its new flagship plug-in hybrid (PHEV) SUV. Making its presence felt at the 2026 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) is the Jetour G700, and it’s one heck of a vehicle.
Not only is the Jetour G700 the brand’s biggest SUV yet, but it’s also the most feature-packed model and can practically go anywhere it pleases. Starting with its immense size, the G700 measures 5198mm long, 2050mm wide, 1956mm tall, and has a generous 2870mm wheelbase. It also has an approach angle of 35 degrees, a departure angle of 28 degrees, and a maximum gradient angle of 45 degrees.

Going over rough terrain will not be an issue for the G700, as it has 230mm of ground clearance. In addition, the G700 is rated to wade through high waters as high as 900mm, which is not surprising since the G700 was able to cross the Yangtze River with ease last year.
At the heart of the G700 is a plug-in hybrid powertrain, which consists of a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder that’s assisted by a pair of electric motors, a two-speed dedicated hybrid transmission (DHT), and a high-capacity 34.13 kWh lithium-iron phosphate battery pack.

This gives the G700 a total system output of 900 PS and a staggering 1,135 Nm of torque. With a fully charged battery, Jetour says the G700 can cover up to 100 km, based on the WLTP cycle. With both the turbocharged engine and electric motors working together, however, the Jetour G700 is rated to cover nearly 1,400 km.
The G700 comes with an 800V architecture, which means it supports fast DC charging of up to 170 kW. When hooked up to such a charging station, the G700 can be recharged from 30% to 80% in just 20 minutes. It also supports 7kW AC charging, which can replenish the battery from 20% to 100% in around 5 hours.

Unlike the rest of Jetour’s crossover SUVs, the G700 is frame-based, which gives it a more robust capability when taking on uneven terrain. It’s also equipped with an XWD all-terrain intelligent control system that has 14 drive modes to help drivers make the most out of any terrain, off-road mode, three locking differentials (front, center, and rear), a limited-slip rear differential, low-speed 4WD, a wading sensor system, and tank turn capability for extra maneuverability.

When it comes to niceties, the G700 has plenty on offer, like a panoramic sunroof, a soundproof windshield for better noise insulation, full leather upholstery, high-quality materials across the cabin, and power-adjustable seats.
The driver and front passenger are treated to a large 35.4-inch digital instrument cluster that covers the entire width of the dashboard, along with an equally massive 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports both Android Auto & Apple CarPlay. There’s also a wireless charging pad and USB-A & USB-C charging ports for both the front & rear occupants.

Speaking of charging, the Jetour G700 is also equipped with a 220V power socket to recharge more powerful devices with ease.

Other amenities available inside the G700 include a memory function for the front seats, front & rear ventilated seats with a massage function, captain seats for the second row, a 17.3-inch rear entertainment screen, interior ambient lighting, an 18-speaker sound system, a power tailgate, and a host of intelligent drivers that serve as the advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).

The Jetour G700 is now available in the Philippines and retails for PHP 4,488,000.
