Lister tuned F-Pace challenges Lamborghini Urus as fastest SUV

Lister tuned F-Pace challenges Lamborghini Urus as fastest SUV
Lister claims the upcoming LFP is the world's fastest SUV
When it comes to high-performance SUVs, the Lamborghini Urus is currently the fastest SUV you could buy from the factory. Indeed the Urus is no slouch. Thanks to a 658 horsepower twin-turbo V8, the high-riding Lamborghini has a top speed of 305 km/h, similar to some supercars of today. However, Lister want's to eclipse that with their highly tuned F-Pace.

Officially called the Lister LFP, the British marque claims that their upcoming SUV will be the world's fastest with a top speed of over 322 km/h. For the time being, Lister has yet to reveal any information about the engine except that it will produce 670 horsepower. While they didn't specify what engine it is, it can be pressumed that it is a tuned version of the F-Pace SVR's 5.0-liter supercharged V8, the car it was based on. For reference, a standard F-Pace SVR already produces 550 horsepower and 680 Nm of torque.

As mentioned earlier, the LFP is based off the Jaguar F-Pace albeit with custom touches from Lister. For starters, there are new, more aggressive looking front and rear bumpers. Lister also added their own side skirts and widebody fenders to accommodate the massive wheels which hide the large brake rotors and calipers. A bright yellow spoiler and yellow highlights on the grill surround and on the side vent complete the exterior makeover.
Much like the Lister tuned F-Type, the LFP will also be a limited run model. That said the LFP will have a larger production run of 250 units. Pricing has yet to be announced but Lister is already taking preliminary orders for the 'world's fastest SUV'. More details such as engine specs and interior photos are said to be released in the coming dates.
