GWM Philippines has sold 262 vehicles in September 2026, setting a new monthly sales record for the brand since its launch in the country. The tally surpassed the previous record of 232 units set in August, bringing the automaker’s year-to-date sales to 836 units. Including their sales numbers in July, GWM PH has also so far performed its best Q3 sales yet.

The Haval H7 plug-in hybrid SUV continued to drive demand, according to the company. However, interest in the model has outpaced available supply, leaving some customers waiting for their vehicles.

“Back-to-back record months tell us the demand for the Haval H7 is real and lasting,” said Dax Avenido, brand head of GWM Philippines. He added that the company is working to maintain its sales momentum through the rest of the year.

GWM Philippines said it is coordinating with its dealer network to prioritize vehicle allocation and deliveries, with the goal of serving customers still waiting for their units within the year.

The company is the official Philippine distributor of Great Wall Motor vehicles, operating under Luxuriant Automotive Group Inc. Its current lineup includes the Haval H7 and H9 SUVs, along with the GWM Cannon pickup. The Ora 05 is also scheduled to join the local range.
