Remember when we noticed the Department of Energy (DOE) recognized the all-new Lexus ES both as an electric vehicle (EV) and as a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV)? Well, Lexus Philippines has officially confirmed that the next-generation luxury sedan is about to make its debut in the country.

This coming August 2026, Lexus Philippines will welcome the all-new ES, which is the latest evolution of their executive sedan. It also signals a new chapter for luxury mobility, as it was completely redesigned from the ground up.

Beginning with its design, the all-new ES introduces Lexus’ latest design language through cleaner surfaces, more sculpted proportions, and a stronger road presence. It’s also longer and more spacious than its predecessor, which reiterates its executive luxury pedigree.

As mentioned before, the all-new Lexus ES will be offered in HEV and EV variants. Based on the DOE’s updated listing, the next-generation ES will be offered in ES 350e and ES 350h variants. The former gets a 74.68 kWh battery pack, which powers an electric motor that produces 227 PS.

Meanwhile, the latter gets a 2.5L four-cylinder engine that makes 189 PS and an electric motor that puts out 162 PS with a 1 kWh battery pack. The result is a combined system output of 247 PS, based on what other markets get.

Inside, the all-new ES will get a new minimalist cabin, while simultaneously offering a more immersive experience through premium materials, advanced connectivity, and integrated technology. It will also benefit from the brand’s latest driver-assistance technologies and enhanced comfort features for a more relaxing driving & riding experience.
