VinFast has opened a new dealership in Pasay City, bringing its total number of dealerships in the Philippines to 36 as the Vietnamese automaker continues to expand its local sales and service network.

The new VinFast Pasay dealership is operated by Ravox Car Dealership Corporation and is located along the NAIA transit gateway, a busy commercial area in Metro Manila.

The dealership occupies approximately 680 square meters and follows VinFast’s global 1S retail format. It serves as a showroom for the brand’s electric vehicle lineup while also providing after-sales services at the same location.

Customers can have their vehicles serviced, repaired, and maintained at the dealership, which also handles warranty support and keeps genuine spare parts available.

Ravox Car Dealership Corporation is part of LT Prime Holdings and brings its experience in technology retail to the Philippine EV market.

“The opening of the new dealership further reaffirms VinFast’s commitment to the Philippine market,” said Antonio “Toti” Zara III, CEO of VinFast Southeast Asia.

“We have always envisioned each dealership as more than just a place to display and sell vehicles, but also as a direct connection between customers and the VinFast ecosystem.”

Zara added that the Pasay dealership will give customers in the area easier access to VinFast's electric vehicles and ownership services.

Jerome Uy, president of Ravox Car Dealership Corporation, said the company aims to help accelerate EV adoption by providing customers with sales, service, charging, genuine parts, and warranty support through the VinFast network.

VinFast is also preparing to open additional dealerships in Baliwag, Fairview, Quezon Avenue, Cagayan de Oro, Camarines Sur, San Fernando, and Iloilo in the coming months.

VinFast Pasay is open Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
