Toyota PH, AAP launch free 24/7 roadside assistance for eligible customers
Toyota PH expand aftersales support with AAP via 24/7 emergency roadside assistance
Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is expanding its after-sales support through a new partnership with the Automobile Association Philippines (AAP), giving eligible Toyota owners access to free 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERS) beginning August 2026.
The partnership reinforces Toyota's commitment to customer safety, peace of mind, and dependable mobility beyond the point of vehicle purchase by providing eligible motorists with nationwide roadside assistance backed by AAP, one of the country's most trusted motoring organizations.
The program will be available to new Toyota Tamaraw and Lite Ace owners of units sold beginning
August 2026. Eligible customers may avail of roadside assistance services, including flat tire replacement, battery boosting, minor on-site mechanical repairs, emergency fuel delivery, and towing assistance of up to one intervention or 25 kilometers to the nearest Toyota dealership. Membership is valid for one year from the vehicle release date. To begin enjoying these benefits, customers can activate their membership by scanning the QR code included with their membership card.
The Emergency Roadside Assistance Program is expected to be especially valuable for owners of the Toyota Tamaraw and Lite Ace, vehicles relied upon by entrepreneurs, businesses, and families for their everyday mobility needs. For the locally produced Tamaraw manufactured by Toyota Motor Philippines, the program enhances the ownership experience by giving customers added confidence on every journey.

“AAP has been recognized for its commitment to road safety, a mission that Toyota deeply shares. That is why today's agreement is significant. It reflects our shared commitment to providing better service and greater peace of mind to our customers. Through this program, we want our customers to know that help is available whenever they need it. At Toyota, our responsibility does not end when we hand over the keys. We remain committed to supporting our customers throughout their ownership journey,” said Toyota Motor Philippines president Masando Hashimoto.
Toyota and AAP have built a longstanding relationship through initiatives that promote road safety and responsible motoring, including their collaboration in the Toyota Gazoo Racing Philippine Cup. The new Emergency Roadside Assistance Program marks another milestone in that partnership by delivering practical support that directly benefits Toyota owners across the country.
“Our recent engagements with fellow automobile clubs have reinforced one common challenge shared by many countries - improving driver education and road discipline. Partnerships such as this with Toyota Motor Philippines go beyond providing emergency roadside assistance; they help us build a culture of safer, more responsible motorists. It is our hope that every Toyota Tamaraw and Lite Ace owner will not only have peace of mind through AAP's roadside assistance, but also become better and more disciplined drivers,” said AAP president Augustus Ferreria.
Eligible customers may contact their authorized Toyota dealership for complete program details and membership registration.
