Toyota customers in Palo, Leyte and nearby towns will soon be able to have their vehicles serviced in a dedicated facility.

This comes after Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP), in collaboration with Toyota Tacloban, Leyte Inc., commenced the development of a new service center in the municipality of Palo, Leyte. The development of this service center marks a significant milestone in TMPs aftersales network, being the first Toyota service center in Leyte, as well as to continue providing convenience and quality service to growing customers in the area.

The facility will be located in Palo, Leyte, and will be designed to deliver high-standard and trustworthy automotive services, reinforcing Toyota’s commitment to worry-free ownership while enriching every stage of the customer journey.

Once completed, the Toyota Service Center in Palo, Leyte, will have a total floor area of 6,000 square meters and provide a comprehensive range of services. These include Express Maintenance, Periodic Maintenance, and General Repairs. The facility will also feature a modern showroom and 32 fully equipped service bays designed to deliver enhanced customer service to Toyota customers in the province.

“For the past 13 years, Toyota Tacloban has been committed to the Toyota brand through providing quality products and services to our customers. And over time, have gained the trust of twenty-eight thousand customers to date, reflecting the confidence that the people of Leyte have placed in us,” said Sherwin Chua-Lim, SVP for Marketing at TMP.

Meanwhile, Toyota Tacloban Leyte Inc. president Jimmy T. Yaokasin shared that the upcoming facility is not just about building a new service center, but it’s also for preparing the next generation.

“This groundbreaking ceremony is not simply about constructing another service center. It is about preparing for the next generation. Anyone can build only for today’s needs, today’s demand, or today’s convenience. As we look around our province today, we see rapid change everywhere. Technology is evolving, mobility is happening, and customer expectations continue to rise. The needs of our communities are growing, and this expansion is our response to that future,” said Yaokasin.

The Toyota Palo Leyte Service Center is set to be operational by mid-2027.
