Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) arrived at the 2026 Philippine International Motor Show with one heck of a preview. Making its presence felt at the World Trade Center Metro Manila is the 2026 D-Max, and it's carrying plenty of updates and key changes.

Starting with the exterior, Isuzu gave its popular pickup truck subtle but important revisions. It now comes with a new front grille design, titanium gray accents on the bi-beam LED headlights, new LED foglight bezels, more stylish 18-inch Dark Gray Metallic alloy wheels, new LED taillights, and a new sidestep.

While not immediately noticeable, the exterior changes give the 2026 D-Max a much-needed makeover to keep it fresh and up-to-date.

While Isuzu has yet to state the exact specifications of the 2026 D-Max, we can expect plenty of new and upgraded features on the inside. That means it could get new leather upholstery, a new wireless charging pad with ambient lighting, a new 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto, and an HD underbody camera system, which will be helpful when going off-road.

For extra peace of mind, besides the suite of advanced driver assist systems (ADAS), the 2026 D-Max might also be available with a digital video recorder and a 360-degree around-view camera system.

Under the hood, the 2026 D-Max LS-E and LS-A models will continue to be powered by the brand's 3.0L 4JJ3-TCX turbo-diesel that makes 190 PS and 450 Nm of torque. Depending on the variant chosen, it can be equipped with either a 6-speed automatic gearbox or a 6-speed manual transmission for both the 4x2 and 4x4 variants. For better off-road capability, the pickup truck comes with Rough Terrain Mode and a differential lock on 4x4 models.

Reservations for the 2026 Isuzu D-Max are now open. The official launch will happen later this year.
