Michelin expands Philippine distribution network to strengthen mobility support
Three new partners to broaden Michelin’s market reach across key segments of the market
Michelin is expanding its distribution ecosystem in the Philippines as growing vehicle ownership, logistics activity, infrastructure development, and industrial investment drive demand for more specialized mobility solutions.
The move is designed to improve product access, technical expertise, and customer support across passenger vehicles, commercial transportation, construction, mining, agriculture, and other industrial applications.

The expanded distribution network includes Bermaz Auto Philippines, which will focus on passenger cars through OEM dealer networks; BSB Junrose Corporation, serving the commercial mobility and fleet sector; and Icon Equipment Solutions Philippines, covering material handling, construction, agriculture, and mining applications. They join Michelin’s existing distribution partners Drakester Inc., Entire Car Care Centre Inc., RYCO Inc., and Tiara Commercial & Industrial Corp.
Michelin says the expanded network complements its existing importer-distributor partners while giving different customer segments more specialized support based on how their vehicles and equipment are used.

For passenger-car customers, the expanded network is expected to improve access to vehicle-specific tire fitments through dealership networks. Commercial operators, meanwhile, will gain access to greater technical and fleet-oriented support aimed at improving uptime and operational efficiency.
The initiative also covers industrial and off-road applications, where specialized tire knowledge can help businesses improve equipment reliability and productivity in demanding environments.

“By strengthening our distribution ecosystem, we are bringing greater expertise, stronger support, and more relevant solutions closer to the industries and communities that keep the Philippines moving,” said Jonathan Khong, Managing Director of Michelin Philippines.
According to Michelin, the strengthened network reflects its long-term confidence in the Philippine market and is intended to create a more responsive platform for growth as mobility and industrial requirements continue to evolve.
With more than 130 years of experience in mobility, Michelin says the expansion will allow it to bring its products, technologies, and technical expertise closer to customers while supporting safer, more efficient, and more sustainable operations.
