BMW X5 xDrive50e xLine PHEV revealed for PHP 5.498 million

BMW X5 xDrive50e xLine PHEV revealed for PHP 5.498 million
Only 50 examples of the BMW X5 xDrive50e xLine PHEV are available in PH
BMW Philippines SMC Asia Car Distributors Corp. has just launched a more affordable version of the X5 plug-in hybrid (PHEV). Following the reveal of the M Sport PHEV last year, the automaker has revealed the 2026 BMW X5 xDrive50e xLine PHEV.
The new variant arrives as a limited release, with only 50 units made available nationwide. This means the non-M Sport version of the PHEV will only be available in small numbers. Since it gets the xLine designation, it loses the M Sport goodies but has a more affordable price tag. So what's the big difference between the xLine and the M Sport versions?

For starters, the X5 xDrive50e PHEV xLine comes with 19-inch V-spoke style 734 alloy wheels, which are smaller than the 21-inch set on the M Sport. It also gets satin aluminum trim pieces instead of blacked-out accents on the exterior. However, it still comes with plenty of niceties such as the Comfort Access system, a power tailgate, and the Iconic Glow for the BMW Kidney Grille.
Other key features available on the xLine variant include the adaptive two-axle air suspension, a sport leather steering wheel, BMW Live Cockpit Plus (12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and 14.9-inch infotainment display), sports seats with electric adjustment and memory function, a wireless charging pad, Sensafin Decor Stitching upholstery, a Hi-Fi sound system, and fine wood trim.

Under the hood, the X5 xDrive50e is powered by a 3.0L TwinPowerTurbo inline-six that's assisted by an electric motor and a 25.7 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. The result is a combined system output of 489 PS and 700 Nm of torque. It's also capable of sprinting from 0 – 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds and has an electric range of up to 118 km, based on the WLTP cycle.
Available exterior colors for the BMW X5 xDrive50e xLine include Black Sapphite, Blue Ridge Mountain, Manhattan, Mineral White, and Skyscraper Gray. Meanwhile, available interior hues include Black, Coffee, and Cognac.

The BMW X5 xDrive50e xLine PHEV is offered at PHP 5.498 million and comes with a portable flexi charger, a 5-year comprehensive BMW warranty (or 200,000km, whichever comes first), and an 8-year warranty for the electric battery (or 120,000km, whichever comes first).
