BMW Philippines has expanded its X3 lineup with a new variant that will sit below the 30e xDrive PHEV.

Making its debut in the country is the 2027 BMW X3 20 xDrive Hybrid – an X3 variant for those who need a hybrid BMW that doesn’t need to be plugged in.

Much like the PHEV variants, the X3 20 xDrive Hybrid is powered by a 2.0-liter, TwinPower Turbo four-cylinder, but is assisted by a much smaller 48V hybrid system. The system makes a combined 208 PS and 330 Nm of torque, paired to an 8-speed Steptronic transmission that sends power to all four wheels. 

The X3 20 xDrive Hybrid carries over most of the PHEV’s feature list when it comes to the exterior and the cabin, including the brand’s signature Live Cockpit Display and the quilted leather seats.

Other features include wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, three-zone climate control, a Harman Kardon premium sound system, and a wireless charging pad.

Only 50 units of the X3 20 xDrive are earmarked for the Philippine market, with the variant retailing for PHP 3,998,000.
