Peugeot 508

The 508 is a refreshing alternative to the common executive sedans in the market today. The 508 holds the distinction of being the only car in its segment to have a full diesel engine line-up. The 508 comes in three variants: the base Active, mid-level Allure and top spec GT. The Active and Allure come with a 1.6 liter HDI diesel and Peugeot's Micro-Hybrid system which shuts down the engine when idling in heavy traffic and kicks in again once the brakes are released. The top spec GT model comes with a 2.2 liter HDI engine and a double wishbone front suspension. Prices for the 508 range start at PHP 1,895,000 to PHP 2,550,000.
