Foton Tunland V7

The Foton Tunland V7 is the the first-ever hybrid pickup in the country. Its also marks Foton’s first electrified vehicles. This full-size pickup truck is powered by a turbo-diesel hybrid powertrain. A 2.0-liter Aucan turbo-diesel engine is assisted by a 48V mild-hybrid system. It puts out an admirable 163 PS along with a hearty 450 Nm of torque.

Power is then transferred to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. Depending on the variant chosen, the trucks can come in either 4x2 or 4x4 guises. As for its suspension system, both trucks are fitted with double wishbones at the front, while the V7 has rear leaf springs to maximize cargo-carrying capacity as it rolls on 18-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 265/70 series tires.
