No, BMW did not just make its own CPU. Instead, the 2023 BMW i7 is the Bavarian automaker's version of a full-size luxury sedan. Based on the seventh-generation G70 7 Series, the i7 trades internal combustion for a pair of electric motors and a 101.7 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. On a full charge, BMW claims the i7 can travel up to 625 km and can sprint from 0 - 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds. Inside, the i7 features the Live Cockpit Plus which features a bevy of displays. Meanwhile, the rear passengers are treated to a pair of 5.5-inch tablets that manage the onboard infotainment system, climate control, and many more settings.
