Bureau of Customs has officially disposed of the last four seized luxury vehicles linked to Curlee and Sarah Discaya, generating a total of PHP 12.276 million for government coffers.

According to the BOC, the final batch included a 2022 GMC Yukon Denali XL, which was sold for PHP 3.209 million, and a 2021 Cadillac Escalade, which fetched PHP 3.750 million. Also included in the negotiated sale were a 2022 Maserati Levante Modena sold for PHP 2.008 million and another 2022 GMC Yukon Denali sold for PHP 3.309 million.

The agency said the negotiated sale forms part of its continuing effort to ensure the lawful, transparent, and efficient disposal of abandoned and forfeited goods in accordance with existing customs laws and regulations. The BOC added that the move also helps optimize government resources while generating additional revenues for the state.
