All-new Porsche Cayenne Electric launched in the Philippines
All-new Porsche Cayenne Electric now in PH
Porsche’s most powerful production model is now in the Philippine market.
Porsche Philippines distributor PGA Cars, Inc. has launched the all-new Porsche Cayenne Electric, combining electric drive power with proven everyday practicality, long-distance comfort, and confidence in challenging road conditions.
The Cayenne Electric is offered in the Philippine market with four variants and two body styles to choose from: namely the Cayenne Electric, the Cayenne Coupe Electric, Cayenne Turbo Electric, and the Cayenne Turbo Coupe Electric.

All variants feature dual electric motors and a 113 kWh battery as standard. But in terms of maximum power output, the standard Cayenne Electric and Cayenne Coupe Electric generates 442 HP and 835 Nm of torque, while the Turbo Electric models make up to 1,156 HP and 1,500 Nm of torque.
The standard models can sprint from a standstill to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds, while the Turbo variants can do the same in just 2.5 seconds. In terms of WLTP-rated range, the Cayenne Electric does up to 642 km, up to 661 km in the Cayenne Coupe Electric, up to 624 km in the Cayenne Turbo Electric, and up to 637 km in the Cayenne Turbo Coupe Electric in a single charge.

With an 800V architecture, the Cayenne Electric recharges at up to 400 kW. A DC fast charge from 10% to 80% can take less than 16 minutes, while 10 minutes of charging can add up to 325 km of range (315 km for the Turbo). Additionally, the Cayenne Electric is Porsche’s first EV that supports wireless inductive charging, rated up to 11 kW.

Compared to the third-generation Cayenne that now coexists with the all-new Cayenne Electric, the SUV grew in size and features a more aggressive look. The front gets slimmer HD-Matrix LED headlights, the side gets frameless doors, the rear gets an LED light strip with additional aero features such as air curtains, a nearly enclosed underbody, special wheels, and a rear diffuser.

The fourth-generation model also debuts the Porsche Flow Display, which features a curved OLED panel on the dashboard controls almost everything in the Cayenne’s in-car feature. It flows onto the center console, which allows for easier management of the in-car functions. It can also be specced with an optional 14.9-inch passenger display that allows users to control the infotainment system without having the driver distracted.
Given the number of options, exchange rates, and other costs than can affect the final figures, the best way to know the pricing of the Porsche Cayenne Electric is by paying a visit to their showroom, as there are also units now available for viewing.
