ACMobility holds a dominant share when it comes to EV charging infrastructures in the country. But with that said, the Ayala subsidiary is set to implement its first charging rate hike ever since it started establishing charging stations across the Philippines.

Starting October 16, 2026, ACMobility will increase its electric vehicle (EV) charging rates across the National Capital Region (NCR), Central Luzon, and the Bicol region.

The new rates will vary depending on the region and type of charger. Under the revised pricing, EV owners using ACMobility stations in NCR will pay PHP 31.00 per kWh for AC charging, up from the current PHP 28.50 per kWh. DC charging will also increase from PHP 35.00 to PHP 37.50 per kWh.

In Central Luzon, or Region III, AC charging will see the biggest increase among the three areas, rising to PHP 35.00 per kWh. DC charging will likewise increase from PHP 35.00 to PHP 39.50 per kWh, making Region III the most expensive of the three under the new rates.

Meanwhile, charging rates in Bicol, or Region V, will increase to PHP 30.00 per kWh for AC charging. DC charging will rise to PHP 37.00 per kWh.

ACMobility's charging network supports both AC and DC charging and can be accessed through the Evro app, which allows users to locate chargers, monitor charging sessions, and make cashless payments. The company has also been expanding its network through partnerships with property developers and other businesses.
